After the redistricting process of year 2004 leo districts 306 A, 306 B and 306 C were split in to Districts 306 A1, 306 A2, 306 B1, 306 B2, 306 C1 and 306 C2. These districts are administrative blocks created for the betterment and expansion of the lions and leo movement.

Leo District 306 A1

Leo District 306 A1 spreads through the southern coastal line and Colombo city area. There are many active leo clubs within Leo District 306 A1. Leo Club of Colombo (Host) , the longest standing leo club of Sri Lanka belongs to district 306 A1.  Leo District 306 A2 covers portions of Colombo and southern province and Rathnapura district. Another strongest district in the multiple. 306 C1 has many strong leo clubs. Leo Dhanushka Sandanayaka is the district president of this leo district. District chairman for Leos of 306C2 is Lion Tuan Roshan Latiff who is a past multiple district president.  

Leo District 306 C2

District 306 C2 has the highest number of Leo clubs in Sri Lanka. This year 306 C2 is led by Leo Sachitra Danendra. Lion Anne Senevirathne is the district chairman for Leos of 306 C2.
