Leo Multiple District 306 is the top level administration body for Leoism in Sri Lanka. Multiple District 306 consists of 6 Leo districts 306A1,306A2,306B1,306B2,306C1 and 306C2. Presently there are more than 150 Leo clubs in Sri Lanka and estimated membership of Leos exceeds 2500. This year multiple district is lead by Leo Eng Sivapathasundaram Thirupparan , Multiple District President of Multiple District 306.

Under the theme "Dream Believe Achieve" - this year multiple district is planning to build synergy between leos, lions and other stakeholders of leo movement.

Fundamental tasks of multiple district council includes assisting the leo districts and clubs to maintain proper administrative guidelines. Going a step forward multiple district will organize many initiatives to develop fellowship among leos and to develop the leadership skills of the leo club members.
